   Thanks for being in touch. It sounds like you’re doing good work. I know that Jamii Bora is currently receiving pro-bono tech support from Craft Silicon which is base in Kenya. You may want to ask them about their additional needs, as I know that they are looking to greatly expand in the year to come. Jamii Bora is supported by Unitus, so you may also want to talk to them.

   Generally, I would advise talking to MFIs of various sizes to learn more about their needs. The biggest problem I’ve heard when it comes to technology providers for microfinance is that they don’t truly understand what MFIs need. By talking to MFIs, you can get a better handle on what kind of customizable systems to create.
