Tutto nasce da un post sul sito ISF del 24/11/2011:
“Good morning, we are a new, Tanzanian association,  registered in July,Light for New Life Foundation. We choose the village Bumbuli because it  is a very poor area and the people really need help here. In the area there are ten secondary  schools but no one have a computer and so the young people can’t  earn the use    of it. For them sometimes, it’s impossible dream a different future. We want give them this opportunity…
